You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.
2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing
We make every effort to display the colours, sizes, fabrics and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your device’s display. Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to stock. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices, descriptions or product offerings at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. After you place an order you will receive an order-confirmation email acknowledging receipt; this does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit order quantities, for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. 4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners, including Razorpay and WooPayments. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets for domestic orders, and SWIFT bank transfer for large export orders. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.
- International and export orders are shipped through our logistics partners (such as Shiprocket and courier/freight services); delivery timelines and customs clearance vary by destination country.
- Shipping charges, duties and taxes (where applicable) are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bulk export orders. Any import duties levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as innerwear and items marked non-returnable) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- To start a return or report a damaged/incorrect item, email info@annaiglobalbusiness.com with your order number and photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (a defective, damaged or incorrect item). Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as early as possible. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described above. Bulk and made-to-order export orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
